1oz Passion Fruit Juice

Dash of Pomegranate Juice

Dash of Orange Bitters

Shake over ice, strain into cocktail glass.

1oz Beacon Bourbon

½ oz Carpo Antica

½ oz Orange Curacao

¾oz Fresh Lime Juice

Shake over ice, straing into cocktail glass, garnish with mint.

Boulevardier

2oz Beacon Bourbon

1oz Gran Classico

1oz Carpo Antica

Stir in mixing glass with ice, strain into cocktail glass, garnish with cherry.

 

The Maple Leaf

2oz Beacon Bourbon

1oz Maple Syrup

1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Dash of cinimon

Shake vigorously over ice, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh apple slice.

2oz Becon American Whiskey

1 oz Maid of the Meadow Vodka

1oz Canton Ginger Liquor

Mix in Irish coffee glass, add boiling water, garnish with clove studded lemon.

 

Modern Mule

2oz Maid of the Meadow Vodka

2 oz Saranac Ginger Beer

1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Stir in mixing glass, serve in chilled copper mug. Garnish with lemon.

2oz Maid of the Meadow Vodka

1oz Pomegranate Juice

1oz English Breakfast Tea, cooled

1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice               

Shake over ice, strain into a cocktail glass.

1/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Dash Orange Bitters

2 scoops natural vanilla icecream (Ronnybrook Farms)

½ tspn Cinnamon

½ tspn Nutmeg

Shake vigorously, strain into chilled coupe.

2oz Beacon American Whiskey

2oz Hot Organic, Fresh Brewed Coffee

1oz Heavy Cream

1 heaping tbspn Dark Brown Sugar

Whip Cream

Stir in coffee mug. Garnish with whip cream.

 

Chestnut & Main

2oz Beacon American Whiskey

1oz Dubonnet

¾ oz Crème de Cassis

Shake over ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
